welcome

Uchi means “home” in Japanese, and that spirit of warmth and connection is what we're built on. As a young sushi chef, James Beard Award–winner Tyson Cole fell in love with the magic of the sushi bar: the intimacy, the conversation, and the collaboration with guests that turned every bite into something unforgettable.

We’ve designed Uchi to bring that feeling to the entire restaurant. We craft every detail, menu, pacing, and service to be as personal and engaging as a seat at the bar, blending Japanese tradition with modern creativity.

The goal is simple: every guest feels welcomed, connected, and cared for. In other words: this isn’t just dinner. This is home.

as you wish

Uchi is built on the idea that hospitality should feel as refined as the food itself. Our team approaches service with humility, curiosity, and care, always seeking to elevate the guest experience. With quiet attention to detail and a deep respect for craft, we create space for connection, comfort, and extraordinary meals.
