Founded by James Beard Award winning chef Tyson Cole, Uchi means “home” in Japanese, and that spirit of warmth and connection is what we're built on. As a young sushi chef, Tyson Cole fell in love with the magic of the sushi bar: the intimacy, the conversation, and the collaboration with guests that turned every bite into something unforgettable.

Located in Denver’s vibrant RiNo District, Uchi brings its award‑winning approach to one of the city’s most creative and evolving neighborhoods. With bold flavor, refined technique, and thoughtful hospitality, Uchi offers a standout destination for sushi in Denver where every detail is crafted to elevate the experience.
